These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Player Forge website and services operated by The Player Forge Venues Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Player Forge Venues Ltd provides premium indoor sports facilities and related services including:
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

IMPORTANT - INJURY DISCLAIMER: By using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree that football and all physical activities carry inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, and other serious injuries. Participation in any activity at The Player Forge is entirely at your own risk.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The Player Forge Venues Ltd, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from or in connection with your use of our facilities, equipment, or participation in any activities, regardless of whether such injury, loss, damage, or death is caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in football and other physical activities at our venues. This includes risks arising from the condition of the facilities, equipment, other participants, weather conditions, and any other circumstances beyond our control.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors under your supervision. You must ensure you are physically fit to participate and will not participate if you have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity.
INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION: We strongly recommend that all participants maintain appropriate personal accident insurance. The Player Forge Venues Ltd maintains public liability insurance as required by law, but this does not cover personal injuries to participants.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE: In the event of an injury, we will provide reasonable assistance in contacting emergency services, but we are not responsible for the cost or quality of any medical treatment required.
MANDATORY INSURANCE: Football clubs, sports organizations, schools, and any other organized groups hiring our facilities must maintain valid public liability insurance. This is a mandatory requirement for all organizational bookings.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: The organization's public liability insurance must:
ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Organizations are solely responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance coverage. By making a booking, organizations confirm they meet these insurance requirements.
INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS: Individual users and small groups (less than 8 people) are not required to provide insurance documentation but are strongly advised to maintain personal accident insurance.
IMPORTANT: Organizations without valid public liability insurance will not be permitted to use our facilities. This requirement cannot be waived and is non-negotiable. Organizations are solely responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
MINIMUM AGE: Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account and make bookings. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
PARENTAL CONSENT: For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor. Parents/guardians are responsible for the minor's compliance with these Terms.
SUPERVISION: Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while using our facilities.

CONSEQUENCES: Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises, termination of your account, and legal action where appropriate.
OWNERSHIP: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Player Forge Venues Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
LICENSE: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
RESTRICTIONS: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content without our written permission.
RESPONSIBILITY: Users are responsible for any damage to our facilities, equipment, or property caused by their actions or negligence.
REPORTING: Any damage must be reported immediately to our staff. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges.
CHARGES: We reserve the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused by users. This includes but is not limited to damage to pitches, equipment, furniture, or fixtures.
INSPECTION: Our staff may inspect facilities before and after use to assess any damage.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or other labor disputes. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
YOUR RIGHTS: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings where available.
OUR RIGHTS: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION: Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies.
NEGOTIATION: We encourage resolving disputes through good faith negotiation. Please contact us at legal@theplayerforge.com to discuss any issues.
MEDIATION: If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
LEGAL PROCEEDINGS: Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
GDPR COMPLIANCE: We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act 2018.
YOUR RIGHTS: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@theplayerforge.com to exercise these rights.
DATA RETENTION: We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have not handled your personal data properly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Player Forge Venues Ltd regarding your use of our services.
WAIVER: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
