1. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all gift cards purchased from The Player Forge. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Redemption and Use
- Gift cards can be used to purchase pitch booking sessions at any The Player Forge venue.
- Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase or activation.
- Gift cards can be used for both peak and off-peak sessions, depending on the card type purchased.
- Gift cards can be used in full or in part for any booking.
- If a booking exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards cannot be returned for a refund once purchased.
- Gift cards are transferable - they can be given to another person and used by anyone who has the gift card code.
4. Cancellation Policy
Bookings made using a gift card are subject to our standard cancellation policy. When a booking is cancelled:
- If a full refund is issued, all sessions used from the gift card will be restored to the gift card balance.
- If a partial refund is issued, a proportional number of sessions will be restored to the gift card balance.
- If no refund is issued, no sessions will be restored to the gift card.
- Restored sessions will be available for use immediately.
5. Expiry and Validity
- Gift cards expire 2 years from the date of purchase or activation.
- Expired gift cards cannot be used and will not be refunded.
- It is the responsibility of the gift card holder to use the gift card before the expiry date.
6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
The Player Forge is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please keep your gift card code secure. If you suspect your gift card has been used fraudulently, please contact us immediately at bookings@theplayerforge.com.
7. Price Protection
Gift cards purchased at a specific price protect the holder from future price increases. The gift card value is locked at the purchase price, regardless of any price changes that may occur after purchase.
