POLICY OVERVIEW

This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through The Player Forge Venues Ltd. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

7+ Days Notice

100% Refund
Full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before the booking date.

48+ Hours Notice

50% Refund
Half refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking date.

Less than 48 Hours

No Refund
No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking date.

No-Show Policy

No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled booking without prior cancellation, the full booking fee will be forfeited.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor activities, cancellations due to severe weather conditions may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at our discretion.

Medical Emergencies

In cases of genuine medical emergencies, we may consider partial refunds or rescheduling. Medical documentation may be required.

Venue Closure

If we need to close our facilities due to maintenance, safety issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Government Restrictions

In the event of government-imposed restrictions (such as lockdowns) that prevent us from operating, full refunds will be provided or bookings will be rescheduled when possible.

How to Cancel

  • • Log into your account and cancel through the booking management system
  • • Contact us at bookings@theplayerforge.com
  • • Call us during business hours

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.

Refund Exceptions

  • • Refunds cannot be processed for bookings made with gift vouchers
  • • Third-party booking fees may not be refundable
  • • Special event bookings may have different cancellation terms

RESCHEDULING POLICY

RESCHEDULING: Subject to availability, you may reschedule your booking instead of cancelling. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

PRICE DIFFERENCES: If the new booking time has a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.

RESCHEDULING LIMITS: Each booking may be rescheduled up to 2 times. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

GROUP BOOKINGS & EVENTS

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS: Bookings for 10 or more people may have different cancellation terms. Please check your booking confirmation for specific details.

EVENT BOOKINGS: Special events, tournaments, and private functions may require a deposit and have extended cancellation notice periods.

CATERING & ADD-ONS: Additional services such as catering may have separate cancellation policies. Please review all terms when booking.
