• • In the product, you can only view or continue messages from the last 90 days
• • Older stored messages are retained for authorised internal review but are not shown back to you in Forge Help
• • Account deletion removes your signed-in Forge Help history
• • Guests can clear their current Forge Help conversation from the chat controls

Forge Help may use trusted AI service providers to generate replies. Those providers process the messages needed to produce a response on our instructions. We also use authorised staff review of retained transcripts to improve Forge Help and related product journeys.

Where you have given us your consent, we may send you marketing messages about The Player Forge and Player Forge FC by email and/or SMS (text message).
